1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and our dropshipping fulfillment model, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:
Your order number
Clear photos or video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement item at no additional cost
A partial or full refund
Store credit
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Missing or Lost Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with our suppliers to determine a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
4. Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods. Delays alone do not qualify for refunds.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future service.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, certain products cannot be returned once delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Consumable products
Supplements or wellness products

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
